About the Srinivasa Ramanujan Mathematics Competition
The Srinivasa Ramanujan Mathematics Competition (SRMC) is an inter-college Olympiad style mathematics competition, dedicated to nurturing a vibrant ecosystem of creative problem-solving and deep mathematical thinking in India especially at the college level. Similar to PUTNAM and American Mathematics Competition (AMC) in nature it aims to extend the momentum from school level Olympiads into undergraduate study. It is jointly organized by the Mathematics Club, IIT Madras and the Maths and Physics Club, IIT Bombay. The inaugural edition of SRMC took place in 2024.
