Who are we?
Mathematics Club, CFI is a group of motivated and enthusiastic students who aspire to develop a thriving math culture in IIT Madras and around the world. Traditional schooling often glosses over the beauty in the art of problem solving. Our vision is to spread this joy so that others may appreciate the beauty as we do.
Started in November 2022, our team has conducted numerous workshops, problem-solving sessions and contests including Summer School. We also work on certain projects. Our areas of research include Probability and Statistics, Calculus and Game Theory.

As a taste of what we do in our club, we solved and animated a beautiful question illustrating the similarities between complex numbers and geometry. We also provide a visual understanding of what convergence means.
